You can have all the money you want. Spend it to improve student achievement in reading, math, and basic subjects. I don't care what you spend it on.

I think my one suggestion would be to significantly improve the food in school. No junk, only organic milk and meats, lots and lots of vegetables, fruits, and beans. And, like Edwonk said, really good coffee.
